1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

RoutineBuster AI engineers custom modular automation pipelines, self-hosted nodes, and AI messaging agent solutions for businesses and service providers.

2. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING TERMS

Free Trial Period: Selected solutions (including Beauty Salon AI) offer a 14-day free trial period for new accounts. A valid payment method is required at sign-up.
Automated Renewal: Following trial expiration, subscriptions renew automatically at the specified monthly rate (e.g., $35.00 USD/month) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your Stripe customer billing portal or by emailing support. Service access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to maintain accurate business configuration data, maintain security over connected accounts, and comply with all applicable platform policies (including Meta / Instagram Platform Terms and Google API Policies).

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RoutineBuster AI shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from third-party API downtime, network outages, or unauthorized user configuration changes.

5. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
